Our home infusion team works under the direction and supervision of the patient’s physician, who determines the appropriate course of treatment.

Our team of pharmacists, nurses, and dietitians offer a complex blend of science and art, based on scientifically validated knowledge and on skills acquired through education and clinical practice. The basis for each member’s practice is continually revalidated through education, scientific inquiry and quality assurance monitoring.  Our staff includes nurses who have the following certifications: CRNI, OCN, and PICC.  Many of our pharmacy staff hold Doctor of Pharmacy degrees.
