Extended Home Care provides personal visits and monitoring through our qualified registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, home health aides, homemakers and companions who are scheduled to suit the client’s needs in the home or alternate settings. Extended Home Care provides client with personalized coordination of services.

We can provide:

  • Home Health Aides that can assist with activities of daily living, such as toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding and exercising.
  • Personal Care visits to help with home making, laundry, meal preparation, companionship, and more.
  • Respite Care to enable a family caregiver to have “time off”
  • Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to help when care requires a licensed nurse, such as for continuous nursing care, vital sign monitoring, medication assistance and monitoring.
